Good Boy Matty! Yes...my thyoughts are more along the line of recomp...not cut. Based on your weight still pretty level. Nothing wrong w/ that as long as body comp is better NOT worse

solid lifts bro 400 will be there in no time , it's kinda hard to say as far as gaining some lean mass but it is very possible to kinda equal out losing fat and making small gains in mass

i never really focused on my biceps before.. 90% of the work done has been through heavy compounds.. ive decided to start hitting them directly in hopes of getting a better peak and more strength.. i hate my peaks

thursday- legs
squats- 285x5
SLDL- 200x10
standing calf raises 325x8
seated calf raises 115x10
weighted lunges 80lb
leg ext 185x12
leg press 830x5-knees to chest
all this week my lifts have been going up or adding reps to most lifts.. some i felt like i could have gone up a bit today but on leg ext i like to keep it at weight i can handle well enough to make sure i get a good squeeze on the top of my lift.. im sneeking up on my old squat weight before i abandoned my legs like a dumb ass..
my diet was pretty much the same as yesterday.. im getting down to the final days of this log but ive dropped weight and added strength so even though my weight loss numbers arent real high i have really enjoyed my time with this product..***Donate to St Judes childrens fund***

Friday- chest
strong rage moment today... my alarm goes off at 3:45 am like normal.. now today im a little tired and kinda wanted to stay in bed.. f that i get my ass outta bed.. get my days meals ready drink my prewo and off to the gym by 4:45.. pull up to the gym at 5 am.. FUKING CLOSED... not sure what the deal was.. but the other morning crew was waiting out front.. i sat around untill 6:20 then had to leave for work.. i was so mad.. i cant go back in the afternoon and train cause the place is packed and you cant get to any chest equipment in the afternoon...

damn that sucks I used to have that happen at my old gym on the marshall university campus they would close for stupid sht like football games or cleaning and I'd be stuck at the door ready to kill someone after slamming a double dose of preworkout

Day 29.. only 2 days left
monday- shoulders
seated bb press- 155x5
seated lateral raise- 45x12
upright bb rows- 115x8
hanging cleans 145x7
cable lateral raises- 50x12
db front raises- 40x12
arnold press- 55x10
bb shrugs- 285x6
bent over flye- 45x12
db shrugs- 90x8
i noticed that last week on shoulder day i had a typo.. i put db flye 90lbs..lol i wish.. that was shrugs.. anyway lol strength is still going up.. and weight going down.. i feel great and still awesome focus im not getting anymore used to eating clean though lol..
diet

lunch 8oz lean beef/1 cup of leaf spinach (yuck)
