    Push Pull routines

    lately i have been pushing and pulling on workout days 4x a week and has worked really well with my bulk. what do you think about this routine?

    Correct, but your NOT suppose to do them on the same day.

    Day 1: Push

    i understand most people do not do them on the same day, but i have been lately and its been going well for me, i mean i let my upper body rest one day while i do my lower body the next, so its not like i do the same thing everyday.

    Here is a strength routine a buddy used during football off season. Upper/Lower:
    Day 1- BB bench press 5 sets, Military press 3 sets, BB rows 3 sets
    Day 2- Squat 5 sets, Deadlift 2 sets, Front squat 3 sets
    Day 3- Military press 5 sets, BB bench press 3 sets, BB rows 3 sets
    Day 4- Deadlift 4 sets, Squat 3 sets, Front squat 2 sets
