Optimum is a reputable company. One could also buy all the ingredients separate and make your own ZMA, although i feel like its just as cheap to buy something like Optimums.

I've personally never seen any difference taking ZMA. But, it's cheap and some people seem to respond to it.

when I was on ZMA I tossed and turned all night. I felt more rested when I woke up but it was stressful during the night because I kept waking up to move around.

I wasnt on them long enough to notice anything. I was on ZMA for a week and decided to get off to go back to sleeping thru the night, to stressful waking up all the time during the night.Originally Posted by josephmichael95
