Pass on it, get regular bulk mono and save. Optimum has some decent products but it also has plenty of bs products, this being one of them.

CGT-10 is a pretty cheap supplement in my eyes...but what would you recommend for a product that will help put on some good size and muscle? maybe ZMA is the way to go?Originally Posted by chimeranD
