Hey guy's, Im new on this forum!
I have been doing this FBW workout for 6 months now, and I'm feeling bored of it, I want a change! And my aim is to increase strength + size.
This is my current workout.
A Routine
db press 3x
pullups 3x
db shoulder press 3x
db rows 3x
3x weighted crunches
B routine
Incline press 3x
chinups 3x
dips 3x
db rows 3x
hanging leg raises 3x
So what do you guys think of this routine? Have any of you got any new FBW routine I can try?
by the way I'm 19 been training for 2 years. Im sorry if this is in the wrong section, I did try to find sticks on FBW workout, but failed to
