I've mixed cream cheese, heavy whipping cream, stevia, and some unsweetened cocoa powder into, well whatever it turns into and eaten it when I first started to help with the sweet cravings.

Sub the almonds for macadamia nuts and its my exact dessert tonight! Do you know if you can get to much cream cheese on keto? I seem to like it in many diff things... like tonights dinner also involved a serving of the chive and onion cream cheese. other dishes i put spinach and artichoke cream cheese then dessert is plain. Its so yummy! I try not to eat it some days but if i could id prob eat it some way at least once a day.

I regulally make peanut butter cake using quark (very low fat cream cheese)

    250g quark
3 tbs peanut butter (more is better but Im on a cut)
    2 egg
    5 tbsp cal free sweetener

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a greased loaf tin and cook till browned.

Let it cool (it shrinks) and eat once chilled. Trust me, its so much nicer if you allow it to cool.

I have this on a regular basis. I always have one in the fridge and I cook one as I eat the cold one, so I know there is another one in process to replace it.

    Its def a winner.

    Oh-oh. Another mad scientist mixture.
Cream cheese of your choice, 1 tbsp. Smuckers Sugar Free Concord Grape Jam (I think there's strawberry, and others), smash together with a fork until your forearm is fatigued, then top with 2 Tbsp. of Cool Whip Sugar Free whipped topping.

Net Carbs from Jam & Cool Whip = 5g
    Thank me later! :O)

But I put my own spin on it and added heavy cream and cocoa powder unsweetened. It was like neopolitan ice cream...to me

I've tried many concoctions with cream cheese (actually, I use neufatchel cheese, since it has less carbs than cream cheese) and most have left it with too much of the sour taste. That is, until last night... It really (finally) tasted like cheesecake (minus the crust)!

    2oz neufatchel/cream cheese
32g Vermont Peanut Butter Company, Inc Champlain Cherry (almond butter with dark chocolate and cherries)
2 packets walmart sweetner (yellow, which I think is "Splenda")
    1/2tbsp (3g) Hershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
18g Food Lion brand sugar-free whipped topping (spray can) (not only did this add creaminess and sweetness, but it also helped make the mixing easier)

419 calories 34g fat 15g protein 14g carbs (mostly because of the almond butter; 5g of that is fiber, so 9g "net")

While this doesn't revolve around the cream cheese, I've been adding it to grilled ground turkey breast lately. Flatten out your ground turkey into a patty (or just buy turkey burger patties if you're lazy) and grill it on the foreman or in a pan with some olive oil. Then, spread on nice layers of cream cheese and avocado, then salt and pepper to taste. Had that for dinner the last two nights with some berries and veggies. Soooo good!
