I am looking for some info on how to use this principle. I read that you do 1 set for 4 reps, rack the weight, take 10-15 deep breaths, complete as many reps as you can, repeating the process until you reach 10 reps. Is this sound correct. Is that the correct term for the above set, diminishing set?
Thanks

sounds like 'rest pause' training...which is pretty intense
if you are a beginner or in it for a couple years or less I seriously doubt you need rest pause
