Hey guys. Well i was looking to maybe get back into my 3 day workout split but i have a question. Should i do cardio after my workout, then the next day on my rest day do cardio again? Most builders here seem like they are doing that to cut fat and most are saying that i should do cardio especially after a workout (30 min treadmill or bike) i was maybe considering it if i workout twice a week but i don't know. What do you guys think? Reps.
