Clients who pay your rent and most people have no clue how to eat and train. They're told not to diet by doctors and nutritionists because they could end up malnourished, yet then they eat with most people and it's the standard American crap diet.
Yet you call them whales when you've struggled with the same.

srs, some whale I used to work with got a lap band when she turned 18 to lose weight, then later had the gall to say she has just as much discipline as people who spend years in the gym and dieting to get into shape and lose weight because she had a few needles stuck in her stomach when they change the level of the lap band.

There's a guy at my school who is an absolute ripped monster...looks freakin' awesome. Really nice guy, too. I was at the pool last summer with him and a couple other friends and when he was gone I overheard some losers talking about how he needs to "get a life" and that "if I had nothing else to do I'd look like that, too."
The dude is top 10% in his class at a good medical school with a beautiful fiance and volunteers helping kids on the weekends.

I for once didn't look for excuses all the time, as they do. And no, they do not pay my rent, because I am not doing this professionally, but help out the whales in my social circle get on a more healthy path and turn that aspect of their lives around.
On a positive note: todays whale did very well, even though she went full retard on Saturday evening by own admission of guilt with sushi. At least she only quit on me after 5 exercises and not earlier ... "yea, yea, go to your stairmaster ..."
