    Best way to GRILL CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS - gas grill

    bring chicken to room temperature, rub salt and pepper, cook on medium low (275*) for 30min?

    rub bbq sauce on the last 5 min

    275 for 30 min doesn't seem long enough.

    Also there's nothing wrong with letting your food come to room temp before cooking. I always let my ribeyes sit out for about 30 min before grilling.

    I love grilling, but I have yet to grill my own wings yet.....feelsbadman.jpg

    I will experiment with this method this summer. I will also be grilling a lot when I'm in law school since they have unlimited propane for the grill where I'll be living

    I would cook them most of the way off the flame. The last 5-10 minutes sear them over the flame to crisp up the skin

    Do a jerk or indian rub if you have the stuff for it

    i had some grilled chicken last night.

    marinated that **** in fresh lime juice, a little garlic, salt, and pepper all day while i was out. came back grilled it to perfection. came out juicy as fuark, i ****ing love grilling

    how do you keep it off the flame? light burners on the outside and put the chicken on the inside?
