u sweat cause ur clearly over weight, stop drinking whey cause thats whats causing gasto issues, and always full...right back to the protein powder. Been there done that. cut out whey and i can now intake about 1200 more calories a day with ease and no bloated full feeling.

i have way more muscle mass then you. and im very bloated not fat. in clothes do u even look like u lift. when im at the gym no matter what gym i go to people always mire. i think im twice as wide as u also. 5'7 is this realty?
