i think thats a bit overboard, overall in general. First off, i think 4000+ calories is a little too excessive for someone of your weight, and second...377 grams of protein for a 150 pound person is just wayyy to much. There's no way your body can even utilize all of that, most of it will be either burned up, excreted, or just stored as fat due to what i think is an excess amount of calories.
Age: 17
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 132.2
Status: Clean Bulking
Weight Weekly:
Week 1: 132.2
Time to get work done!

Absolutely right......
Look you've gotta eat to gain mass, no question with that, but it ain't rocket science - if you don't use it...you store it. What is unknown is how you are training and what you are lifting. If you are a 230-250lb guy lifting some serious iron then sure 4-6K calories easy, but you are in a building phase.
My 2 cents, stick to the basic 40/40/20 split on your food...go hard and heavy as you can...drink a bunch of water and get lots of sleep....you'll grow..and won't waste or store the excess calories you are consuming...
