    Endomorph / Mesomorph

    Hey, I've done my research and have been training for a while now. I'd just like to know what are your guys opinions for my first cycle?

    My stats at the moment : 81Kgs at around 174 cms at a guess I'm 13-15% bf (5'8" 178lbs)

    I can easily gain weight and muscle, I mean seriously easy... at a guess I could cain .5kg to 1kg a week of lean mass..

    I want to lose more BF % and gain around 10 KGS in 6 months.
