Basically I will explain my situation, maybe someone is a chemist and can tell which is best for me.
I have almost no estrogen in my body right now. My estrogen is blocked 97% because of letrozole.
This negatively affects sex drive.
Another thing. Usually, I am able to get hard during sex. Rock hard. But not able to bust. I don't know why.
Cialis or Viagra?
