It was Crohn's disease that a quack MD gave me (it was one of the side effects of a drug they put me on), then the side effects for the drugs for Crohn's included a 100% fatal cancer, I'm done being exploited by these quacks that deserve the death penalty for the 784 000 murders a year they do with their deadly treatments that have no scientific validity whatsoever.

OP, I'll be nice, Cancer is when cells suffer a genetic mutation which makes them immortal, IE not capable of apoptosis. There is no unified cure for that, many types of cancers do have cures, but many more don't.
