We had about a inch or two when I left this morning. Headed south and it was pissing down rain ALL day. Left my in-laws aroun 7:15 and it was almost 60 out. Get back home and it's 33 at 10:15...

i start @ 155 nao but do alot of stretching before i start lifting. 135 was feeling too light. srs

feels like nothing when i do just the bar, if anything my form is sloppier when i have no weight on then when i do for bench. when i squat i warm up w jsut the bar tho
