Thanks jafomofo, I found that build guide, I just need to figure out which brands to stick with and which ones to avoid. I know there can be a lot of opinions, and I def can't afford to run top of the line stuff, I am just sorting out the mid grade equipment and what I want to do with it.

hope for the best. father has advised me to not go out in fear of a tree falling on my car...i basically said its as calm as its gonna be right now for the next few days and i have to go to work tomorrow night anyways so im goin to work out now. hes gonna be super pissed when i leave but he'll live. im done skipping workouts for stupid little excuses. if he cant understand why i do it, its his problem.

Power's already out for me. A tree is laying on the power line down the street.
Luckily, the power company is already out there working on cleaning up.
edit: Damn they're are good. Power was out for less than an hour.Last edited by cavymeister; 10-29-2012 at 12:53 PM.

He's just looking out for his boy. On Friday and Saturday we just had regular hard rains, heading out of town we past AT LEAST 10 cars and trucks that had spun out and were stuck in the median/ditch/or had flat tires from spinning out. I can't imagine how much worse driving in hurricane rains would be.

some jeep brah in a lifted wrangler tried to take a turn as fast as me, spun out in my rearview. i thought he was gonna flip, guy pulls up next to me at the light and is just trying to tell me how sweet my car is after i was trying to tell him to just slow the phuk down
he has another son at rutgers to carry on the family name. my father realistically most likely has anxiety problems now that hes a hermit. im not sure if drugs would help or just make things worse
in a few years i'll have to work over time in this weather and be on the road the entire time going to help the people that have trees fall on them etcYour Dreams are within reach

Even at my age my dad still tries to talk me out of going on trips and such. I always laugh it off but then now my oldest boy just turned 17 I find myself telling him not to go do this and that too so it's kinda funny I guess I'm gonna be the same way. Speaking personally for me, I'd rather live life to the fullest and have a blast and go out early, but speaking personally for my boys I'd rather lock them down and be sure they're safe. I guess I'll have to learn to give them some freedom as I progress, but it skeers the shat out of me.

You pampered east coast sissies. A little water and wind never hurt nobody.
Near, far, wherever you are...
...I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you open the door.
And you're here in my heart.
And my heart will go on and on.

Good thing phones can be charged from laptops and from 12v outlets in cars.
Also, it's nice to have a little power source like an Anker brand slimtalk or one of the larger choices

Reporters like to wear umbrellas and baggy, sail like clothing to catch the wind.
Media hype never fails. You want people to watch, you want more money from your advertisers, better make it eye catching.
Not saying they don't have very legit stuff to report here, but they'll ham up anything and everything to get that little bit more
