I'm not surprised. The costs there are a helluva lot different than almost anywhere (if not anywhere) in Colorado.
I've never used a convection or toaster oven, but then I lived in college dorms for awhile with no oven and I was fine. And it's not like the dorm food was actually good (or had a lot). Did a lot with a microwave, a toaster, and delivery or eating out.

well itd really be two rooms and a tiny bathroom
id probably bring my full sized bed and put it against the window next to the front door then get a sofa/couch to put where the bed is currently w a TV stand on the wall facing. maybe even bring my grill over for the balcony thing. im sure theres pleanty of room to get yucky. while id have more room in my parents house and a over etc im going crazy w the people im forced to live w...mainly my fatherYour Dreams are within reach

That's crazy cheap compared to most places but I guess there are an inordinate number of shootings out around there so that factors into the price. :P
