I suspect there is more than a simple correlation between the number of LEOs and the incidents of heart attacks at young ages.
Due to the factors already listed (diet, sleep, exercise, STRESS, etc) LEOs have, I believe, the second highest suicide rate among professions and one of the (if not the?) lowest average lifespans.
Are you familiar with Dr Gilmartin's book?

I dont dislike cops. I went to school in hopes of becoming one. But ordinance or not, coming to my house literally like4 times in a row for a total of 5-6 times checking to confirm whether I got plates for a truck parked in my drive is fkin lame. Find a better use of your time or else resign your position on behalf of the tax payers. Mind you I live on a dead end street, last house, next to a wooded area. ZOMG does your truck have plates and run

This. Gotta lol when the hood rats who go around chanting fuk the police have an emergency then all of a sudden theyre rational individuals
I have no issue with firemen, but lol at people nut hugging them. Its like living in a college dorm most of the time. Brb sitting outside station bay door on a lawn chair grilling cause I am a fat slob. City firefighters are a different story. Gym buddy is jacked out of his mind, quit the force after his friend was killed on duty. Said all the firemen lifted at the same gym and he was referring to them as beastly when hes big himself

The one time I relied on the police in my 38 years they failed miserably. Had a CBR600 stolen from me, found out who did from word on the street. Gave statement to police, told him who did it and that the kid had a coke problem.

^^Just talking aboot this with a guy at the gym because our lockers and vehicles keep getting broken into. He had a TRACTOR stolen so he put up cameras. Well his neighbor's TRACTOR was stolen so they came to him to see if he got any footage. You see a truck drive by with an empty trailer and hear a bunch of clanking, then the truck drives back by with the neighbor's tractor on the trailer and they got a partial license plate. Cops saw the video and said they can't do anything because it didn't actually show the perps loading it up. WTF have attorneys done to this country brahs??? Seriously?!?
