First things first, you're dehydrated. If you're having trouble keeping things down, you're going to have to go to the hospital and receive IV fluids. If you can keep stuff down, get Pedialite, G2, and good ol' water.
In regards to food, bananas are gonna be life-savers for the potassium factor. Bread shouldn't run through you as quickly, so a turkey sandwich should give you the carbs and protein. Nuts are also a good protein source, but might not digest well.
Stay away from dairy. And of course, set a doctor's appointment since it's a prolonged issue.Near, far, wherever you are...

link to comment about gun show loophole?
Also, give it a few days. Do you think the next american rifleman will be highlighting how Obama made no calls for gun control in the wake of the recent shooting?

Or do you think it will be something more along the lines of this:

The only person I have seen call for gun control in the wake of this has been bloomberg but that is his personal vendetta. I've been pretty busy the last couple days but I'll update my thread in the R/P monday with whatever I can find related."I'm not like most girls." -most girls

So I got my cousin into his first AR today. $680 for an M&P 15 with a Magpul MBUS flip up, and a P Mag. He also got a second one, and we went half in on a 440 round box of M855 62 grain. $180 and it came in the green ammo can.
Threw the upper onto that new lower of mine to feel how the MOE furniture felt. In related news, I bought that BCM carrier group and charging handle yesterday.

Soooo at the risk of being insensitive, anyone see the details on what the shooter used as far as ammo? I'm always confused why spree killers using plinking ammo. I guess he bought his vest and some other stuff at tacticalgear.com They have a letter up about what he bought and related matters. If I'm looking at the right vest, its not ever a plate carrier.

Need to wait till they release info on their investigation. There are a 100 different sources with what he was equipped with. I have seen body armor, covered in armor from head to toe, etc. I think its safe to assume that he used the items in that tacgear invoice. Until I see the proof I dont believe in the 6k rounds of ammo either.

No ****in way. If I load up my tac vest with the big ass mag pouch on the back I get about 540 rounds of .223 and 85 rounds of 9mm. I think it was around 35, or 40 lbs. 6,000 rounds of .223 loose would weigh in the area of 170 lbs. That's without mags, or the place to keep it.
If they meant he had 6,000 rounds of ammo at home, then sure and really no big deal. Hell, that's only $160 worth of .22lr.
I used to have over 10,000 rounds stored up of various calibers. But that was mostly destroyed in a series of small explosions.Your freedom to be you includes my freedom to be free from you. -AW
