I worked for a company that had HQ out in Pomona, CA and a couple of the IT guys would visit from time to time. One of them had been on a waiting list for a Condo/Apartment thingy for 3 years, when his name finally came up he wasn't in position to be able to afford it so had to pass and go back into the waiting list (he got preference points or something). When I asked him how much it was (I thought it was a purchase but it turned out to be rental) he said it was a 1 bedroom and going for around $2,300/mo and was one of the cheaper ones in the area which is why he was trying to get into that one.

Well last year we were supposed to have been planning to move to Colorado Springs but things stalled. If I ever get up there I'll bring some nurses and you can show me where to go aboot and good 4x4 trails. We will need beer salt, lots of beer salt.
