San Antonio killed fireworks long ago so we moved out of city limits, lights up here like the biggest show you've ever seen. My neighborhood blows away the Sea World display nearby. I agree with rocket bans. Those things are often far too inaccurate, inconsistent and unpredictable. I never buy them. I stick to good stuff in a tube/cake that is almost guaranteed to go straight up. Agreed. The only time I ever started a fire was with a damn finned rocked. Took me 15 minutes to put the field out. Bottle rockets on the other hand I think are OK but they're not all that great anyway so don't really care about them being banned.
