I'm more interested in how Boston residents seem to be accepting the police state. On April 19.

Nahhh.. I had one that ran the entire length and drove on it for years. Get some fix-a-windshield and it'll disappear. Passed several inspections with this trick. The car was a 91 civic with 180k+ miles on it and a windshield would have cost more than the car was worth.

I understood they were voluntary, the concern that people have been bringing up is what happened if someone refused. I haven't found any information about people refusing. There was a rumor that they did them anyway, and rumors are just rumors.
I figure VAPump can't speak of the whole operation because of a legality/security/law, but I wouldn't mind hearing the story of how the whole thing went down from someone who worked it.Stats 6'6" 245lbs

I figure it would be a few days before we start hearing about how everything actually went down. I'm sure there will be a bunch of different situations that went down. I don't even know what to think of that video.
Turbo, Both of my parents owned escapes. My dad used his to deliver car parts, aka brian spilner. He put like 250k on it. I can't remember any major problems with it. He did replace CV axles and stuff, but like I said he drove it. My moms has 100k+ still runs great, no major problems, aside from general wear and tear/maintenance.Stats 6'6" 245lbs
