Thanks. I've been riding motorcycles since 2005 and dirtbikes since being a kid. People dont realize how many dangers are all around you on a motorcycle. There aren't seatbelts or air bags. I live out in the country so I gotta watch out for stupid drivers AND wildlife like deer. I've already locked up my rear wheel on several occasions trying to miss a deer.

An old co-worker of mine AND his dad have both hit BUZZARDS on their bikes. I can't even imagine... Both sport bikes at high rate of speed and neither went down. His dad's bike broke all the clutch linkage and bent the handlebar, took out the lights and such on the side.

Anyone know of some place that has stuff in stock for a reasonable price? PSA has lower kits in stock, but not complete uppers and their BCGs are all out of stock.

LaRue has a message on their phone stating they're inundated with orders, etc. I would proceed with the PSA LPK's if you can and then look for a complete upper as needed. ^ nevermind he has to much money invested in it and i'm sure it is more than you have to spend. I would just jump on a PSA upper and track down a BCG somewhere if you can. I have seen some BCM BCG's going for $300 (yes price gouging) on flea bay.

i would check M4c and AR15 and see what you could snag used....that is assuming pricing there hasnt gone full retard, which id imagine it has

I actually think the 21 to buy a stripped lower is a Federal thing, so yes, you have to be 21.
