boss has been talking down to me lately and questioning whether or not i actually do my job properly
boss holds everyone else to higher standards but himself
boss comes in late atleast 30 minutes everyday
opener is 25 minutes late to work today, club opens 20 minutes late
boss yells at her for 40 minutes then after says girl A is here to get trained for her position. (opener hasnt been late in 6 months)
opener thanks boss for not firing her, boss says "dont thank me yet"
insomniac23 goes out and talks w opener for about an hour trying to calm her down
boss sees insomniac23 re-enter gym all pissed off
insomniac23 ignores boss and proceeds to workout
insomniac23 is interrupted by boss an hour later asking if we have a problem (aggressively)
insomniac23 tells boss we do have alot of problems and walks off
boss follows insomniac23 again and asks whats up
insomniac23 asks boss when hes moving his vehicle(its been parked illegally for past 3 hours)
boss gets in insomniac23s face and asks him who he thinks he is questioning him
insomniac23 says if the police are called boss will get ticket, just trying to help him out (at this point im trying not to get fired on the spot but im raging)
boss says police and members dont care and i should mind my own business
boss cant maintain eye contact even tho hes all up in my face
insomniac23 assumes we're done, walks away.
boss interrupts again and asks what else is up
insomniac23 tells boss alot is up.he will talk to him while on the clock and walks off
boss goes back to actually doing his job instead of picking fights

insomniac23 is in a relationship w opener, considering going to corporate, getting boss fired, possibly sue the gym for making insomniac23 work extra (without pay)and boss for trying to intimidate him
