Hello misc
Basically doing this log to stay motivated and track progress. Im gonna see how much progress I can make in 2 months. My goal is to hit 10% bf and see my abs. If I dont reach the goal I will simply continue until I do reach my goal(no harm no foul)
Workout: will use a track and field workout that I got from my cousin. He says it can be done if I dont bs and stay dedicated.
Mon- Upperbody(compounds)
Tues- Arms(auxillaries)/sprint
Wed-abs/jumprope
Thurs-lowerbody
Fri-sprint
Sat-rest
Sun-rest
Diet: I will carb cycle. And drink 1 gallon of water daily and take a multi.
-pretty simple

Ok just hit the gym from 7-8
Lifts:
-Flat bench 5sets(4-8 reps)
-Dumbell shoulder press(lol forgot what it's called) 5sets(4-7 reps)
-Lat pulldowns 5sets(10-12 reps)
-Shrugs(3 sets failure)
-Rotator cuff work 2 sets(10 reps)
Will do cardio later but will not sprint becuz my legs are sore from last week's leg session.lol
Ok
Alrite I ate 2scoops protein,a piece of steak/plantain, blackbeans,salad,baked chicken,oatmeal,raisinbrand.
Couldnt do cardio today becuz of sister. Will have to do 2morrow. Will also try and do 100pushups tonight.

Well did arms today.
Did 3 sets of bicep curls(forgot gloves and hands hurt like chit, lol)
Did 4sets of tricep overhead
Did 4sets tricep pressdown
Did forearm curls till failure
Will do 200pushups later and run a few laps. Im all off schedule now but will do the schedule I posted above next week.

Hello misc
Today I did legs
I did squats 5x5 (heavy)
Leg press 5x 8 (heavy)
Leg curls 3x10
Calf raises 4x20
Today was my cheat meal day so I made a pizza from scratch aswell. It was SOOO!!! GOOD B)

keep it up buddy. looks like you're doing well.
a few suggestions:
don't overwork yourself! it looks like you're doing some pretty intense training, which can burn you out quickly. as long as you are eating right and doing mild exercise, you'll see great results.
don't give up! the first few weeks are the hardest but I promise you'll see yourself in the mirror and it'll all be worth it. keep using this log to stay motivated.

Hello misc
Today I did sprints from 7-8 am. I did 30m*2,80m*2,100m.
Later on went to the gym and did chest,back,abd shoulders.
Did flatbench 5*5
Military press 3*5
Shrugs 3*failure
Latpulldown5*10
Bentover rows 3*8
Yesterday I slipped up and ate candy and icecream but that's all behind me now as I move foward on my quest to the impossible. Will eat extra light until thanks giving and then I will practice portion control.

Hello misc
Today was arms. I did 4 sets of curls at different angles 8-10reps
Then I did forearm curls regular and reverse about 5sets total. Then I did tricep pulldowns 5sets 10reps. And some close grip pushups. I feel a little sad tho. I did one of those hand held bodyfat calculators at the gym and it said I was 25% bf. I was luke wtf? Not sure if accurate tho,bcuz if I flex my abs I can sorta see them in certain lightings which means if I got down to 10% my abs would be PHUKIN HUGE. I dont kno if it was accurate tho. Hello misc. Thanks giving phuked me over. Ate small portions then pigged out like a bish friday and saturday but had still lost 3lbs and was 211. Then I hit the scale today and it said 221 the highest weight Ive ever been(was 218 at 12%bf in hs). The weird part is I still see and can actually feel my abs coming in. It must be the sprints. I havent worked out these past 2days either. 2morrow I will jumprope and intensify this coming week. I am dissappointed but MARK MY WORDS. I WILL GET THOSE ABS BY JANUARY 12th. This just makes the challenge more fun. Goodnight brahs.

BTW a cheat meal once a week is ok. Plus with Thanksgiving thrown in there it's hard to stay on track.

Hello misc today was awesome(ps writing this after midnight so it is officially tuesday but Im writing wut I did when it was still monday)
Anways did sprints this morning 7:30am. I did 2X100m sprints, 2X80m sprints,2X40msprints,and one 10m sprint.
Later on from 3-4 did heavy squats 5sets 5-8 reps and leg press 3sets 8-10 reps. I also did about 10 sets calf raises one leg at a time. I would've done more but I got my sister to join the gym and she doesnt kno any exercises(smh). Tommorrow I will run stairs and attempt 300+ pushups and hit abs at the gym later on. Goodnight misc

Good Morning, read through your posts.
You have the right attitude. We all slip up from time to time, the thing is not to let it derail you, just keep moving forward.
Just a few tips (hope you don't mind)
Increase your cardio, even though you are doing sprints and pushups, etc. Cardio is key to losing body fat. Alternate between HITT and low impact cardio. Pro bodybuilders will increase their cardio dramatically a few weeks out from a comp.
Here is a link to a very good site, it breaks down what each exercise does and what muscle groups it hits. I have been training for years and I still go to this site often, I love it! http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html.
Finally diet is very important, you know the saying "Abs are made in the kitchen" What are your macros? I know you said you are carb cycling.
Like the the poster above me said you will get a lot more traffic and feedback if you put your journal in the journal section. You can ask a mod to move it for you.

Thanks. How do I do it tho? I dnt kno who are mods(I just assumed becuz they have high reps). I would love to get it moved. Also yeah I will check out the site(need all the help I can get), but I decided not to carb cycle until Im closer to getting the abs(but I couldnt edit my log after a few days).

The mods are the ones with their names bolded. Ask either TheLBM, Duke, 400lbGorilla, VAPump, DirkDiggler < these are a few of the mods, there is a whole bunch of them, but those are the most active in the misc.
Another good site for you to track your macros is fitday.com. It's what I use and I love it!
