Laterals or fronts?
oh, I have a stockpile of Craze. Jumped on that "buy 2/get 1" deal on bb.com a while back. Normally, if something works - it gets pulled from the market. So, it's good to have back ups
I think I'm going to finally order some of the rvc. I have so damn much protein at home, but it's not like it goes to waste.
Wish they could make Iso-ology taste a little richer, but oh well.

Apparently analysts cut their forecasts during the ******** IPO roadshow and let only their institutional investors know.
Damn 1 percenters...till we meet again

Yeah I bought like 9 of them, listed them on craigslist for $35 a pop and if someone buys it they buy it. These don't expire for another 2 years so we good! I feel you on the protein though, have some protein but new flavors and hypes makes me buy more.
If we ever do meet up for summer I'll bring my tub on craze so you guys can try it.
I use to be a controlled labs fanboy too, forgot how I felt on WF though.

Cardio
Not really much to say about cardio. Did the stepper and the stairmaster. Some GHR/abs, and the Jammer. meh. Didn't want to do any box jumps because my knee has been bothering me. Nothing serious - just don't want to push it, so I'm letting it rest.
There's more to it than that. First of all, FB increased their float and share price the last day before the IPO. The IPO price gave them a valuation of 100x forward PE...which is insane! You could have bought AAPL that day for 10x trailing PE! So, buying the thing in the first place was a lottery ticket. Brokers only opened the IPO up to their choice customers, anyway - so it's not like a bunch of chumps got burned. Mostly high-rollers were able to purchase any significant amount, anyway. This sounds unfair - but it's really not. Lastly, trying to play the stock market like a big fish when you are just a little fish will get you burned! I say this as someone who got whipsawed holding option contracts on PCLN and AAPL in early April. You cannot beat the MM's consistently. So, if one thought they were going to do that by flipping Fecesbook - they were taking a risk. Some people who were happy making 12% in the first hour of trading jumped out and made out ahead.
Believe me; I will always be the first one to take the side of the 99%...but in this particular case, it's a non-issue."I think computer viruses should count as life...I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. What sort of weight do you like to maintain at G? I noticed you are hitting the cardio since finding out you are 217lbs

I don't know about super shredded. I think I could maintain 200 if I eat clean. I've been having way too many "free for all" days, so I'm just going to clean that up a little and increase the cardio to see where I end up. At 5'9" being 217lbs is a little tougher on my knees and ankles for things like the box jumps.
Won't touch test boosters...placebo, or not - it's something that I will not mess with.
Thanks, lol. It diverges here and there, obviously."I think computer viruses should count as life...I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. We have created life in our own image"

The analysts lowered they're targets based on the prospectus being released that said future revenue was likely to fall based on increased use of mobil (and the lower fee collected for mobile as space). At least that was my understanding.
yup - and not to mention that 217 is really just a few lax days from being 220. So, I'll just get ahead of that problem, lol."I think computer viruses should count as life...I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive.
