Michael, I seem to get that once or twice a year, and it always seems to be on my right side. I usually go the chiropractor and get and adjustment, and/or get a deep tissue massage depending on how bothersome it is.

I haven't had McDonalds in years. If I had a Big Mac and fries, I would almost definitely get sick. My digestive system is no longer conditioned for it, lol.

I went on a long streak like this myself until I started dirty bulking again last year when wifey was preggers.

I'm now back to 12 weeks of consecutive of no McD's, KFC, BK and all that shyt.

Your body and Shredu's state of fitness, metabolism, etc..aren't the same.

Even now if I follow his macros I will fail miserably and I have been "cutting" for 12 weeks.

You need to find what works for you and your body.
