Feels weird as phuk when you do them but I added them in recently. But yesterday when I did reverse grip bench press on smith machine after like 4 other chest exercises. I couldn't even DB decline 75 3x12 like I did the week before and I dropped down to 50s to still couldn't even press it and was like fuk it, I'm done lulz.
As for doing reverse grip bench I thought we took grip width as our normal bench so that's probably why my damn wrist was hurting. Also I felt like I was using some back to press it up (i dunno dog). Anyone else?

Nice DB pressing and whoa at the hammer curls lol. Doing them alternating I would assume?
I agree declines are pretty awkward. I like them a lot though, will likely be doing incline BB followed by decline DB or BB.

I like decline bench a lot, actually. I just never do them for some reason. Do you not like them? Or do you just overlook them like I do?
I really think the majority of focus is on the front delts. It almos feels like the bar equivalent of doing cross-overs with low cables.
Thanks, man...you ever look into that California poppy for the pain?
yeah, alternating. I never did like doing declines with DB's...so, I'd be doing the opposite, lol.
The 100's were my warm up set.
nah - just free hand. I decided against DC just because I wanted to have more gym time. DC sessions are brief."I think computer viruses should count as life...I think it says something about human nature that the only form of life we have created so far is purely destructive. I'm going to start ***** rigging equipment in the gym (no wacist). What it do, use the caribeaners off the hanging leg lifts straps, attached 5, 10, even 25 lbs. plates on that bish on each side of DB's and go to work.
I saw a bb'er doing that 2 years ago YGBodybuilder did them on one of his vids.CONQUERING BARBELL

Thanks man. Whoever told me that it works the back a few years ago was wrong then. He was swole as fuk and really cut up so I took his words for it.
I like doing decline too, but not with DBs.
Do you do a pre warm up before your warm up set? :}
That is some strong ass warm up. All these bench talks makes me want to bench again.If motivation comes in a liquid form, it would be dripping off my fingers tips.
