Not really...mainly whatever it takes to stay motivated. I'd like to find a way to integrate another round of matrix in. I just don't want to do 100% matrix...so I'll have to get a little creative.

I agree, I think matrix is an excellent addition to a routine but as 100% it feels like something is missing

lol, yeah - it's that weird "high-rep compound/low-rep isolation" thing I always seem to drift toward. It just works out that way, lol.
How is the area acting (you did say you were 10min away, right?)? I heard they were basically all pissed at the media. Can't say I blame them, actually. They were kind of deprived of an opportunity to mourn.

Yup - but it works awesome as an addition.. Sort of how BOB uses FST-7.
One thing I do know, though...I want to get below 200lbs and stay there. I haven't been under 200lbs in years, so that pretty much means I'm going to have to change alot of my training methods.

Thanks...yeah, I've got some kind of bazaar physiology that limits my bench press at just under 3 plates, but allows me to use a lot of weight on isolation lifts, lol. Doesn't make a bit of sense to me, but whatever...I suppose if I were really trying to analyze it, it would probably end up being some kind of coordination issue
