Good morning. Last night I started to feel the effects of low carbs. I felt sluggish, and it seemed like my head was playing tricks on me. I kept on telling myself that I have to do this and can't give up. Hopefully today will be a better day

Last night was a better night for me. Didn't go crazy or anything. Today im upping my dosage of Dyma-burn to 2, 2 times a day. Hopefully I will start seeing better results cause of it. I can tell I am getting leaner during my workouts. I usually wear a hoodie during working out, but today I worked out chest today without the hoodie. Now seeing the results.

Had a solid workout today. Woke up took 2 Dyma-burns and have been energized ever since. Just got done having a 1/2 C oats, some almonds and some Dymatize whey isolate. I had some steak after my workout today. First time in about 3 months that I have had steak. It tasted sooo good. Have been thinking about entering the Dymatize transformation after logging this and starting my mass cycle. Dymatize elite Mass looks like a good product. Any feedback on it? Hope that everyone had a great Easter. Just got finished with a Dymatize shake, almonds and a half cup of oats. Saturday the 21th will be the last day of my log. Next saturday I plan on cutting out all carbs. Except whats in protein and fat sources. Also whatever carbs are in veggies. Today I was back at the gym training back and hams. Finished up my last serving of Dyma-Burn today. Now my diet and training need to be about perfect to loose some more fat. I switched up my training routine this week. Thank you. Hardest thing about it is to do is dealing with customers and being on low carbs.
