Hamstring day. I was supposed to do hams and calves but my left calf from the bottom of my knee to mid foot is swollen… and swollen big time. I was doing yard work last weekend and I guess a spider or something bit my. Now my entire calf is red and swollen. I’ve been on antibiotics and Benadryl all week and it isn’t helping. So I may have to go to the hospital today. Not happy about that at all. As far as my workout I did what I could. No calfs though.
On to the workout!
HAMS
BB SLDL: 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 15, 275 x 3 x 10
*I wont be doing these any more, kills my lower back BAD
Lying Leg Curl: 4 x 12 W/45lbs
*this is a plate loaded machine and is a lot heavier than the selector machine
Seated Leg Curl: 4 x 15 with 90, 95, 100, 105
Ham / Glute Raise: 4 x 10 W/Body Weight
*I love this machine and movement!
CARDIO
No cardio today, I was going to but my left calf feels like it’s going to pop open.
Pre-Workout: 2 scoops OPUS, 1 scoop creatine
Intra-Workout: Chained Out!
Post Workout: 2 scoops HumaPro, 4oz sweet tater
NOTES:
Not a bad workout but not what I wanted at all. Oh well, next time. Hated to waste the opus on a half azzed workout though

Bad ass back workout today. Im surprised I did so well, I was sick all day Sunday. Woke up at 7am very nauseated and felt like I had heart burn. With 30min I was puking my guts up. This lasted on and off for a few hours then finally calmed down. I slept most of the day and only ate 1 time. But weirdly enough I woke up this morning feeling great... weird shyt i know. But I wasnt about to ask questions, i took advantage of it and busted back today.
On to the workout!
Bent Over Barbell Rows: 15, 12, 10, 10, 10, 10 W/135, 185, 225, 245, 275, 275
Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns: 10, 10, 10 x 3 W/225, 275, 315
Begin with a moderate weight and get 10 reps, up the weight get 10 more, up the weight one more time and finish with 10 more reps. Repeat this 3 times.
Dumbbell One Arm Rows: 20, 20, 20 W/ 40, 50, 60
Superset with…
Pull-ups: 3 sets to failure W/BW 3, 1, 1 ... couldnt even do 1 rep. lol
Seated Hammer Rows: 10, 10 x 3 W/315, 225
Begin with a heavier weight and drop the weight after the first 10 reps. Finish with a lighter weight for 10 reps. Repeat 3 times.
Deadlifts with BodyWeight: 50 total reps (as many sets as needed) W/205
Try and use your body weight for the weight on this exercise. For example, I weigh 203lbs currently, so I did 205lb Deadlift for a total of 50 reps. Sets do not matter, just get the targeted reps.
CARDIO:
Only 20min on the treadmill today. I was to damn tired after those dead lifts.
Pre-Workout: 2 scoops OPUS, 1 scoop creatine
Intra-Workout: Chained Out!
Post Workout: 2 scoops HumaPro, 4oz sweet tater
NOTES: OPUS was a huge help today. It kept me goin thats for sure.

Love seeing the "hulk smash" reference... great job on both workouts. You are killing it. I know you are already dieting but are you still partaking in sushi when you can?

So, im going to fix what ever it is first. So now i will be taking the next year to train for the Jr. Nationals. Time to bulk until i HULK!!
OPUS Review
I was very impressed with this product. I loved what it did for me. The pumps and energy from it were nothing short of fantastic. It lasted the entire workout with no crash, jitters or anything negative.
Flavor: 7-10 ... i admit, the flavor to me wasnt all that great but flavor isnt important, results are. OPUS gave me kick ass results.
Mix Ability: 10-10... mixed perfectly
Energy: 9.5-10... nice steady flow of amazing energy.
Pumps: 9-10... nothing to intense, which i dont like, the pumps were perfect for me.
Focus/Drive: 9-10... very nice, no complaints.
Opus is a solid product in my book, would i use it again? yup. For sure!
