if you're talking about who I think you're talking about, I guess you could draft him, but you also have to understand that player may have a lowered value.

Dunno, we need a ruling from the commish.
But i dont think that guy is done in the nba, i can see him back in the league next season. I'd be okay if somebody wants to draft him. I remember a few misc nba drafts ago where a guy drafted yao ming and i think the same guy drafted shaq after he announced his retirement lol.

Yeah it's up to other people. I'm certainly not drafting him soon (and probably wouldn't ever because he doesn't want to come off the bench). Just got curious.
