Alright first off let's skip all the anti fat burner talk. Yes I know exercise and diet are most important and that no poll will magically cut the weight. I am looking to supplement my current routine.
With super hd which I just purchased and many others they all say to take it in the morning on an empty stomach. We all know breakfast is the most important meal also.
So what are you guys doing?
Taking the supplement first thing then eating after?
Eating that first meal of the day wirhout taking the supplement , then waiting until you start to feel hungry again a few hours later?(this would make more sense to me)
