No 'fail' there .... I couldn't do a weighted pull-up with 70lbs let alone get near a flag unweighted
That is just a huge BW workout

Thanks Will. I know I'll be ok, this is America, so there will always be something for me to do. I worry a bit about my patients though (as well as when I need care in the future).

    Great work Mr Incredible!

Yep, have to agree with Fitty, you could easily pass for a 20yr old. Still, I've yet to see any with arms like yours.

Concur. Mr Incredible for sure. Great pic! Re the flags, would you say it's adding tangible strength and size? From what little I've tried to do with flags, it works my core, shoulder and lat. Do you think with these things like your pull ups your military press have grown also?

Idk about twenty but at least I look healthy "for my age" I think.

It's tough I say. On one hand the scapulo thoracic stability required certainly must help and develop things. On the other, I've had to scale back the weighted pull ups to make room for them. Tit for tat I think. From a functional level I think they've helped and my kids love em.

Nice work 'rowing' 315. Good effort to deadlift the 405 with the lat feeling tweaked but smart move to take it easy

I concur with fittyfattyfitty and everyone else, had I not known about this journal and just saw your pic in that t-shirt on the web I would've assumed some 20-30 something elite gymnast was posing for fun or something.

Cmoore, I read a long time ago in this journal (spare me the search) about how you measure your potassium with your sodium. Lately, I've seen a couple potassium threads on the forum, and am hoping you could explain why you balance and count it, what it does, or does for you. Layman's terms would be nice, but if you have to get scientific thats fine too. Thanks.
