I made the Nog pie today Chris. I replaced the chocolate powder with muscle milk Vanilla crème, and swapped the Splenda for Stevia. I also cored peeled and sliced a Granny smith apple and coated the slices with Cinnamon then added them to the mixture. It was pretty good, although the macros in mine weren't as good as yours. they were 567 calories, 54 carbs, 36 fats, and 106 protein. Here is what it looked like.

Hadn't done them in forever. I think for ANW they're beneficial, long term probably just a risky movement.
Please share any improvements you come up with. Lately, I've been thinking about adding just a bit of almond flour and baking powder
Good thing about being tired was that I didnt load the bar heavy enough to challenge or hurt my back. Had I tried them fresh I would likely have gone a fair bit heavier (which would be a poor choice this close to ANW).

Wow Chris, as lean as you are your arms still look like they are 18" or more.
You really look like a superhero and fill the shirt out well. Maybe in 10 years or so I can look like that.Eric

Thanks guys. Appreciate it. The voice in my head just says "you're getting smaller and losing all your muscle." Looking forward to growing some of the losses back after this show is done.
I did. A bit crazy that only 7/100 finished the qual course. The scary part is that Venice is rumored to be the easiest course this season."I'm not a Ninja, but I played one on TV." -cmoore, American Ninja Warrior (ANW 7,8)

Way to go Chris!
That trampoline was a killer. Knocked out incredible athletes. I was gonna ask if you were doing tramp work, but you answered that with cool vid.
You gotta be grateful you got to check tha out ahead of time eh? I mean so many were saying they never had been on a trampoline before, were you guys warned by the producers that there would be one? Seems so unfair to those who went first.
Also the red balance hangers whatever's look cut differently than before, a curvy challenge if you will. I think you got it!

Great video Chris. I don't think I've opened this journal once in the last 3 or 4 years and left not being impressed by something in here. I can't wait to see you on the Show, will feel like I actually know someone on there .

Loved these vids Chris. You make all those obstacles seem like a walk in the park (as with everything you do!).
I was wondering if you got to train on the actual obstacles - must make a big difference. Can't wait for the real thing!☻/
