This blows my mind --- you've got phenomenal arms and grip strength
Thanks for the encouragement. Part of me can't wait until I start eating at or above maintenance so I can feel the weights go up again. The movements that seem to be improving now are more related to my injuries hurting less.

Refeeds are interesting. For a few hours yesterday my demons were quiet. They must like Applebee's too.

Notes: Left the gym with glutes, hams, and calves on fire. Quads were pumped but VMO seemed unaffected by today's lifts which I'll attribute to the light squats. Elbows/Forearms did ok with the romanians so I'll creep them up over the next few weeks. Still a good day and my hoodie was fully soaked through as I limped out.

Notes: Weighed in at 175 today so the salt and carbs from Friday’s overfeed have washed away. Couple people noted I was getting “bigger” which felt good since I’m down 16 pounds since Jan. Elbows felt good today might be able to up the difficulty a little next time if they keep feeling this good.
Supps: Ordered a few supps today online. Trying to learn from Bo_Flecks et al, and ordered up some uniliver, melatonin, gaba, and a preworkout (went with assault since I’m a caffeine junkie). Probably be another week before that stuff shows up though.
Sent an email off to the promoter of a local bb show. He emailed back quickly to call him and offered to help me get organized for the show. Will call him when I get a break from work today. Demons are opposed but I might actually do this…

Oh no. 14 days until I turn 40. That's what I've been peaking for since January. The show I'm considering is in June.

Great to have you guys following along. I look forward to any input you may have to help me move forward.
New avi tonight. I have a hard time flashing my obliques still but I'm working on it. I can hit my left side easier than my right.

You have given yourself a nice birthday present. The problem with it is you are going to get used to seeing yourself that way and want to keep it all of the time .

OK...funny question. Are you going to hit the tanning booth? As sick and ripped as you look now, I cant imagine with a good tan how much more you will 'pop'.
BTW...as everyone has said.... Your new AVI is crazy!

I let myself go over Thanksgiving-Christmas and got buttered over slightly for sure. While I'm a little bit leaner than normal, most people who know me would say I've been ripped like this for years.

No. I've been leery to do the "guy in the underwear shot" I'm not sure how my patients would react to that if word got out. I think once I have posing trunks and can present/photo in a way such that it's obviously bodybuilding, I'll post up poses for help and critique.

Definitely need a tan. I'll probably spray tan as part of my bday to myself.
