ok so im 16 and i have always been really heavy, im 5'8 and i use to be 195lbs but now im down to 155-152lbs and im really confused on what to do now. ive lost most of my neck and face fat also my arms and legs have slimmed down tremendously. my belly and man boobs have also gone down but they are still there!! my stomach pokes out a little but is not really big its small and still has like a handle but my man boobs still big, they annoy me the most. im able to wear a medium-small size tshirt and look fine but hate to go the the beach and take of my shirt. when i sit down i also look very chubby. im guessing my bf % is maybe 15-20% i could be completely wrong but im new so oh well. now im struggling on what my next move is. do i want to like drop an extra 10lbs or start to cardio and weightlifting. im really confused so i would love any comments. thanks

Without pictures I'd say possibly yes, probably yes, and definitely yes. If you are uncomfortable with your bodyfat, you could probably afford to drop a few pounds. 150 lbs + isn't really small for a 5'8" non-lifter, so you might very well look better dropping some more weight. Diet will be the big thing, cardio and weightlifting can help out. Whether or not you choose to try and lose the weight now, you should start lifting. You are at a great age to start lifting, regardless of whether you want to focus on losing fat or adding muscle.
