I got a quick question right now I am taking vita stack which I get at popeyes for about 55$ cdn I was wondering will it be a huge difference if I switched to something like centrum instead or will it hurt my workouts?

I'm not saying it's a bad product, it's better than the centrum that's for sure but there are just better multi-vitamins out there.

It's 6 pills. But you spread them out throughout the day. 2/2/2 breakfast/lunch/dinner is my preferred. 3/3 breakfast/dinner is fine also.

Spreads vitamins out, allows digestive aids at each meal as well.

personally I would go for a higher quality multi like, Orange Triad, Animal Pak, Dr. Feel Good, NOW ADAM, or Life Force.

however if you are dead set on either centrum or vitastack, I would go with vitastack

you sir are a wise man, you will not regret your decision...also ever since I started taking orange triad + super cissus rx I have not had any returning joint/tendonitis issues.

Switching vitamins wouldn't hurt your workouts per se...but the long term health benefits of using a poorly biodegradeable vitamin (centrum) may or may not have health effects in the long run. Get whole foods in your diet. If you feel the need to supplement with a vitamin Life force is cheap so is Sportpharma multi - and have better forms of vitamins than centrum
