Thread: Advice!! BAD

    Unhappy Advice!! BAD

    So ive been at it for about 1 year and i cant complain with the results
    BUT i cant seem to get mass! Im lean and all my abs show but the mass in my arms chest ect isnt there
    I have my workout routine figured out but my diet isnt there and i know thats thee most important thing
    Lately ive been thinking of taking a PH for quick mass results but i know im way too young to take that snytime soon BUT im on the urge of just geting one
    Basically, any help on how to out on mass but stay lean somehow, i dont mind putting on fat but not too much

    Get your diet in check. That will make you gain weight. Hormone manipulation, especially poorly planned ones, at your age are not a smart idea. You've already isolated the issue, now get to work on fixing it.

    When it comes to bodybuilding it seems like diet is the last on the "problem as to why I'm not gaining muscle" list. I swear it's so hard for people to understand that diet should be their #1 priority, 2nd is training, then supplementation a distant 3rd.

    There's really no trick to it. You eat more food. Rice, potatoes, steak, lean meat, and nuts. 3k+ calories a day, track everything you eat.

    You'll gain weight.

    This! Forever on spread.

    I didn't even touch a supplement, not even protein powder, for the first 6+ months of my lifting, just trained hard and ate a lot of great food and I made some incredible gains. Nutrition > All

    Then why don't you prioritize that and work on it? You say you "know" it's the most important, yet you want to disregard it and try a PH?

    yes. i see so many people in the gym who don't get results over long periods of time lol. and then to make it worse a lot of these same people acually accuse me of taking steroids but really it's just that i know how to eat and they don't!
    many people put in the work at the gym but that's only half the job, the other half is putting in the work at the kitchen!

    you're not new to this, you said yourself you've been lifting for a year so be responsible and do the research you need to figure out your macronutrient/calorie intakes needed for your goals - it's long overdue!

    Get out of the supplement forum and go to the nutritional forum. Make sure you are eating enough and getting enough protein. Catalogue your calories and macronutrients. I have a friend to who is 17 and says the same exact thing. What is you routine like? your split and rep ranges? It also just takes time to grow, you cannot force mass upon your body if it is not ready.
