    No, it's an end cap to a pro-style dumbbell. The chamfered small hole accepts the stove bolt without the need for a cup washer.

    [QUOTE=SmokinJoe87;1360306091]Some big, heavy, unstamped roundheads.

    I am so jealous. I have been searching for more to add to my set but the bigger ones are so hard to find. I bought a set of 50's and 60's 35 years ago at a GNC store and have moved them around with me all these years. People have tried to buy and steal them over the years. They have a lot of sentimental value to me. Recently I built myself a garage gym and have since added the smaller ones in 5 lb. increments purchased off EBAY for a premium. I would love to someday have a set up to 100's but by the time I find them I probably won't be able to lift them .

    Spandex-free bump!
    You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

    ok Might as well get a number, my favorite pound plates I have, Pre USA stamped. I need to restore them some, when I got them they were painted silver. The owner thought the marcy grip plates were the good ones when he was selling the weight.
