**ErgoShred Mini Review**

Hey guys, my man Hani hooked me up with some samples of ErgoShred to give a go, a little over a weeks worth to be exact. I dosed 2 caps twice a day for a few days but also tried sporadic dosings to see how I felt it.


Energy: 9/10
In this regard I'm generally a stim tolerant dude, and ErgoShred never hit me hard but was actually quite pleasant. With the sporadic dosings I would do 1 cap most of the time and never really noticed an up from it, also never noticed a crash. I tried 2 caps in the morning a few times while at school still with alpha burn and once with EC. When I had 2 caps with EC I felt pretty damn alpha, a strong I'm going to do some crazy **** today attitude(good thing).

What I liked most was when I used it this week I had off on my spring break. I dropped all supps but ErgoShred and ProMax for the week off and was hoping the two would help prevent fat gain from binging/not lifting for a week. I've gained some water over the break but overall still as lean and appetite was mostly regulated. I feared a drop in energy levels from stopping EC and all the other stims I abuse daily while at school but I just popped two ErgoShred in the am and two around 3-5pm and I was totally fine. It didn't even impact my sleep pattern which normally has me asleep around 10-11pm and nights I did stay up I was fine till 2-3am.

Appetite:7/10
Like I said, mostly regulated and I'm really stim tolerant so I honestly didn't expect much, especially when dropping EC and others all together it could have been much worse than what it was. I had a decent amount of control and still kept up with my IF but some days my appetite would be through the roof and it seemed nothing could stop me. This product would probably be stellar for some of you individuals who find EC to be a bit overbearing as its not as heavy on the stim effect I feel but pretty on par with the appetite. EC doesn't phase my appetite much any more either, some days much more than others. I did stop lifting for a week though and some days I was out doing a lot of stuff so I imagine my appetite would realistically be all over the place.

Overall I'd say its a great product but I don't know what someone would expect fat loss wise since I used it entirely for energy/appetite and was on spring break deloading anyways. Would totally suggest it to someone looking for something lighter than EC but still a stimulant.

Misc:
-Like that there is only 50mg caffeine per cap, not much of a chance for a crash and at 2 caps should still provide some notable impacts.

Oh crap no, I thought it was 2 caps twice a day was the dose recommendations. I'm fairly certain thats what the label said on the baggy I got. Now I'm wondering what would happen at 4, the stim junkie inside me yearns for that experience lol. I thought the caps looked kinda small to fit a full dose from the label I read online but didn't want to tempt fate.

Update!

These guys were awesome enough to send me a sample bottle to try again as I hadn't tried a dose of 4 caps. They also sent me a bottle of NMT and I've been playing with doses and don't seem to notice too much from it. I tried it with HIIT, frisbee, etc and never noticed a significant change from it. I will continue to try different doses and see how it impacts me as I've only used one capsule but I'm not aware of the proper protocol for dosing NMT and it is a presser so I stayed conservative with it.

It was stacked alongside ephedrine and I'll just comment on the differences I noticed. I'm an incredibly stim tolerant person and follow the intermittent fasting protocol as well, just as reminders.

Energy:
The difference from 2 caps to 4 caps was suddle, I did 2 caps again the first time just to have a relevant reference and when I moved up to 4 I didn't notice a major difference. It, for me, was a clean energy which is nice but again I'm very tolerant of stimulants. If you're looking for a time frame I'd say it would fade 4-6 hours later, or at least it did for me. It wasn't a crash by any means but I would notice the difference between the two.

Appetite:
So I was kind surprised on how much it actually controlled my cravings more than anything. I like being able to what I want to and when you're in a deficit its obviously way harder so when I'm in Heat Transfer at noon and everyone around is digging into their lunches you get pretty hungry. ES seemed to really get rid of that honestly, I noticed very few cravings within the time frame of the dose so I was somewhat impressed. EC barely phases me at this point in regards to appetite.

Overall:
I realize this was a short update but there isn't much more for me to say. My over all opinion of it is good, which honestly for me is rare when it comes to this industry where most stim fat burners tend to just stim you out and you feel uncomfortable. ErgoShred is worth the try if you're looking into a stim and can't, or chose not to use EC for some reason.

Good explanation on the appetite. As long as you have Ephedrine, it would be sufficient in the appetite department.

Well after getting my bottle a couple weeks ago I don't understand what I'm doing wrong. I started with 1 pill a day for a week. 2 pills after that but for some reason I didn't feel anything. I have my diet good. Some days I missed because of being tired the long drive home. I'm about to run out but don't feel different. I started my weight at 232 and now i'm 236... ugh .
so i"m wondering if I have to buy more or something to take affect....

Other thing I notice is that I didn't really have 42 pills like it said in the bottle. For some reason I got 33 pills in them. So upset right now that I haven't lost and gain ...

One serving is 2 capsules, so I'm not surprised you felt nothing from 1 capsule. At your size, 3 capsules twice daily should be perfect.

If you look at the ingredient panel, it says that a serving size is 2 caps, and to take 2-4 caps, not exceeding 6 in a day.
