Chicken breast pizza Base 0 carbs

Yo. I just tried this that i found on the interweb. It sounds rank but its actually quite amazing.

Put 2 chicken breasts in a food processor with 1 egg white, salt n pepper and a bit of garlic.

Once it resembles snot smooth it out into a cake tin (about 1/2 inch thick) and oven for 20 mins.

Once its cooked, take it out the oven and drain the liquid. I also placed it on some kitchen roll to soak up the moisture.

Place onto a baking tray, Cover in tomato sauce, cheese and what ever you like and oven till the ingredients are cooked.

    BONZA!

I had my doubts at first but it's pretty amazing. A lot of juice comes out of the chicken so make sure you drain it. I cooked it in a cake tin.

I tried it this weekend. Worked out great.

Would post pics but not enough posts

Next time I make this i'm going to make the crust thinner. I think the crust was too thick and chicken felt too dry. Can probably get away with making two pizza's for every 2 chicken breasts.

I usually use 300g of chicken breast for my base, and I make the base quite big and thin. You tried cooking it in a round ceramic pie dish? It helps to keep the moisture in.

I usually have low fat cheese (higher in protein), a tin of tuna and a tin of anchovies. I also use chilli puree instead of tomato puree cos its carb free.

I am planning to try this today - I was debating modifying the crust though to add in some flaxseed to get a bit of fibre in. I saw a similar recipe elsewhere that suggested flax helps a bit with the consistency. But based on the pics, it really might not matter (other than to get whatever health benefits of flaxseed).

I use roughly 300g of chicken breast for a base, and in the uk, lean chicken breast is roughly 100 cals per 100g.. All depends on what chicken you buy tho.

Well, what else is open? Besides, your mouth? When you're like kissing on some gay dude. And like, holdin' his like muscles 'cause his arms just are like wrapped around you. And you feel like so safe... 'cause your like... you know... not that you're gay or nothin' but God you just wanna like bury yourself in his chest and just live there forever... - ATHF
