    Red face Diet

    Need halp.

Hi, I read often on this site about nutrition and macros etc, and I see a lot of people just buy the same food in bulk and eat that everyday for their diet because it's obviously easier and you can save money from buying in bulk.

If anyone here does this, I'd like some suggestions as to what your meals are.

I'm very active and have been lifting for ~3 years. I'm 21, 5'8" and about 205lbs. I'm fairly big, just my goal is to lean up a bit more. And the clear issue is my diet, so my conclusion is to eat the same food everyday (with exceptions to friut and veg). As a correctional officer I dont want to become skinny, just lose some body fat to become more defined.

Thanks in advance for replys, thoughts/suggestions?

Eating the same foods everyday will become boring and repetitive. Why not just enjoy a variety of foods that fit your macros?

I agree it will be boring, but I dont have time to prepare meals all the time with work and everything else.. and thats why I struggle to keep a decent diet.
