    Best and SUPER EASY almond pizza ever, trust me I am not a cook

    Just tried my best almond pizza ever, was the best ever
    So I will keep this nice and easy to follow


    STEP 1 : pizza dough
    you will be needing
    1 cup of almond flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp of EVOO
    some salt

    Mix them up and leave them to rest for about 10-20 minutes

    THEN
    spread the dough on a non stick tray, use Pam if you need to.
    and here is a tip, since almond flour tend to be a bit sticky try rubbing you fingers with oil before pressing.

    Now, pre head you oven to 350-370 degree while you add the toppings.


    STEP 2: Toppings
    Pizza sauce:
    EITHER
    A tomato paste mixed with stevia
    OR
    a low carb pizza sauce

    Now the topping part can vary bases on your macros
    and here is mine
    Mozzarella cheese
    parmesan cheese
    Some pepperoni

    Put the pizza in the oven and let it cook to about 15 minutes

    Cool Tried it out

    So I tried out this almond flour crust. Followed directions minus the sauce, Im not a big fan of sauce. Anyways here is how it came out:

    Pizza Crust-

    1 Tablespoon EVOO
    1 Egg
    1 Cup of Almond Flour
    Some Salt

    Pizza toppings:

    Hormel Beef Crumbles
    1 Cup of Cheddar
    1/4 Cup of Low Moisture Mozzarella

    Pizza was cut into 4 slices. Here are the Macros Per Slice:
    4.5g carbs
    31g fat
    19g protein
    375 calories per slice

    Macros for the Entire Thing:

    18g Carbs
    125.1g Fat
    75.4g Protein
    1498.4 Calories

    And a Pic:


    By the way it was AWESOME!!! I might add some sauce next time.

    good recipe and a good keto diet to with such low carb content.
