Just tried my best almond pizza ever, was the best ever
So I will keep this nice and easy to follow
STEP 1 : pizza dough
you will be needing
1 cup of almond flour
1 tsp of EVOO
Mix them up and leave them to rest for about 10-20 minutes
spread the dough on a non stick tray, use Pam if you need to.
and here is a tip, since almond flour tend to be a bit sticky try rubbing you fingers with oil before pressing.
Now, pre head you oven to 350-370 degree while you add the toppings.
STEP 2: Toppings
A tomato paste mixed with stevia
a low carb pizza sauce
Now the topping part can vary bases on your macros
and here is mine
Put the pizza in the oven and let it cook to about 15 minutes
