ITT I find BBers with your insertion points

I literally get a ton of PM's with people asking me what kind of insertion points that they have. If you would like to know, and then have a pro bber to compare with (to see what kind of physique you could expect given your inserts), then post away.

Some rules:
-have to have a front double bicep pose
-Front double bicep, have forearms at 90 degrees (forearm closer to bicep makes the muscle shorter).
-Learn how to do a good lat spread. Usually you can tell lat inserts with FDB, though.
-No crazy angles, just straight on.
-FDB is best angle to judge.
