Was just wondering. Is animal pak to be taken all at once or can you take a couple vitamins here and there throughout the day? I mean your body can only consume so much and then will get rid of what it doesn't use. Seems kind of waste to me to be taking all those vitamins at once if the body is gonna get rid of it. I want to get the most out of them so if anyone can help pls do.

It should be take at one time. It is a variety of different vitamins so your body will consume some from each.

yes I'm looking into something else cause Animal Pak made me feel sick everyday.. Like that feeling you have the day after drinking and haven't really slept.. Just kinda crappy all around. I honestly had to cycle it, every other day haha.

This is definitely the way to go a multivitamin, immune, digestive, and JOINT support, what more can anyone ask for? maybe that it's coated so it'll go down easier and you only have to take 6 pills a day. honestly though since taking this I have no got sick and coupled with super cissus rx I have not had any returning joint or tendonitis pains.
