    Talking getting down to 5 percent body fat

    alright i'll be going on a cut until i reach 5-7 percent im currently 15-20 percent and will do cardio everyday
    macros
    pro-180-200
    carb-probably like 90-100 I don't really like carbs
    fat 20-30 grams
    you think this will be enough?
    I'm also extremely vain i never give up so any help would be appreciated!

    at 185 lbs, 180-200g protein won't cover it. I started doing 1.5-2gxBW and get better results

    OP you look great (srs no homo) but I don't think you will want to get down to 5-7% bf. Once you get to 10 you will already be down about 12 to 15 lbs including water weight and looking joocy as hell. But I guess you can figure it out as you go and just stop when you're satisfied.

    thats broscience at its fullest, 0.8-1.2g of protein per lb of bodyweight is all u need, i'd up the carbs and fat if i was you

    lol 30g fat, 100g carb? If you want to cut down without struggling/health sacrifice you'll need to change that to 2-300g fat and 30g carb srs.

    there's so many diets out there... but really... to go from where you're at, about 15%, to 10% you can use any diet you want.

    and if you just want a v taper and lean look then you by no means need to get to single digits. 10% is probably just fine for that.

    thanks i was confused at first cause i thought 7 percent would have been ideal cause everyone wants to get there but i don't really like veins except for biceps and shoulders so i guess 10 percent is now my new goal!
