alright i'll be going on a cut until i reach 5-7 percent im currently 15-20 percent and will do cardio everyday
carb-probably like 90-100 I don't really like carbs
fat 20-30 grams
you think this will be enough?
I'm also extremely vain i never give up so any help would be appreciated!
