Exactly that By the time Aug 24 comes around though I should be eating back at just above maintenance. My cut should be over by early Aug. What are you doing? Your weights been up and down lately IIRC.

LO in the house! Good to have you back bro. The journal is a bit quieter these days. Yeah, training is back with a vengeance. Really looking forward to gettin my lifts back up and doing tough mudder. You were putting in some miles after SS, you'd probably be good in 10-12 weeks. You could always enter the one in Scotland

1st sprint session for 4 months or so. I usually don't start off this hard. I normally start with 1 min rest between 4 sprints so this had me blowing a bit. My left quad started to cramp up and almost pull so I walked half the way back. Gave it a good stretch after and it felt fine. I'll probably repeat this next week. Need to control the enthusiasm!

Haha. With the training plan laid out I'm actually quite optimistic of doing it in good time! Probably should be scared though

Weight update
Last week, early evening weight: 83kg
This morning's fasted dry weight: 81kg
Equates to about a 1kg less I'd guess. I'm doing keto so some of this may be water, but I had a nice big ribeye steak last night which always sits heavy the following morning. Anyway, definite weight loss

Yeah I haven't been properly tracking calories these days. I'm just so bored of the usual foods I cook at home and I keep eating food from outside. I've gone through this phase before, all I need is a couple weekly weigh-ins of either excessive weight gain or no weight gain to get me back on track. I'm not worrying too much since my strength gains are still coming.
Get shredded soon for that marathon!

Nah man, that would kill me for sure. I run out of breath too easily (asthma related I think) and maybe from years of smoking.
Hopefully the cut/TM training won't hold your weight progression back too much, GL with it all!!

Skipping Session
I'm very tired. I'm going away to Spain for the weekend so there's a rush on a load of my jobs this week plus every night has had work booked in (on top of my day job) since early last week. Basically, I need a restful evening and a good 8 hours sleep.
The work appeared to be quitening down and now BOOM, since I started training it's gone crazy again. Maybe I'll lift tomorrow.

Ummm, that's one word
I couldn't. I was shattered and would have got only 6 hours sleep if I'd lifted. It's no fun walking round like a zombie all day just because I wanted to lift
