Great job, mirin chest progress. How did you chest routine look like?

monday- 3 sets of incline bb press, 3 - 5 reps per set and 2 sets of weighted dips 6 - 10 reps per set.... just added incline db press as well with the same rep/set scheme i use for bb

saturday- 3 sets flat db press 6 - 10 reps, 3 sets chest press machine 12 - 15 reps, 3 sets flat db flyes 3 sets 6 - 10 reps

i also do chest on wednesday pretty often

incline bb press has gone up from 165 for 3 reps to 225 for 3 reps, flat db press has gone from 65's for 6 reps to 95's for 6 reps. flyes have gone from 30's for 6 reps to 65's for 7 reps

i want to rep 225 on incline press for 5 reps / 3 sets within the next 6 weeks

thanks man... i'm really surprised by all the comments i'm getting on my chest, i knew it had improved but i didn't realize it was that noticeable

legs are my biggest muscle group but unfortunately also carry the most fat... i don't have a camera right now but i'll see if i can get a pic by tonight

i actually started cutting 4 days ago, gonna try to get to 10% in 16 weeks. i really hope i don't lose too much strength... i am trying to eat at least 2,500 calories a day with at least 200 g of protein
